• Every hearing aid unit purchased qualifies for one (1) giveaway entry
• Entries are only valid for hearing aid purchases made from June 1 to August 15, 2026
• Returned hearing aids will automatically void all associated entries and will not be included in the draw
• The winner will be selected via random draw at the end of October 2026
• The winner will be contacted exclusively via phone call by an official Surrey Hearing Care representative at 778-565-4327. Any other communication channels or unsolicited messages are not affiliated with the clinic
• The winner agrees to participate in a short video for marketing and promotional purposes as a condition of receiving the prize
