
Jyoti Arora Bali is a dedicated and detail-oriented Audiometric Screener with a background in patient care, outreach coordination, and education. Currently serving as an Audiometric Technician/Screener at Surrey Hearing Care, Jyoti conducts hearing screenings for seniors in both clinical and outreach environments.
Her inspiration to pursue a career in hearing care comes from her father’s hearing loss, which has affected him since 2015. Seeing the challenges he faced motivated her to help others struggling with similar issues. Today, her father is proud of the work she does, and she finds deep fulfillment in helping seniors regain their ability to hear and connect with the world around them.
Jyoti holds a Master of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communication from Amity University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Kurukshetra University. In 2024, she earned her certification as an Audiometric Screener. With her extensive experience in communication, Jyoti effortlessly connects with individuals from diverse backgrounds, leveraging her expertise to deliver compassionate and effective hearing care.
Passionate about education and communication, she has earned prestigious accolades such as the International School Award from the British Council in 2016 and has worked on global academic collaborations. She is fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi and continues to enhance her skills through personal development programs like P.S.I. Vancouver.
