
Jyoti Arora Bali is a compassionate and detail-oriented Outreach Coordinator with a strong background in patient care and communication. Her journey into hearing healthcare was inspired by her father, who has experienced hearing loss since 2015. Witnessing his struggles firsthand motivated her to support others facing similar challenges. Today, her father is proud of the work she does, and Jyoti finds deep fulfillment in helping seniors reconnect with the world through better hearing.
She holds a Master of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communication from Amity University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Kurukshetra University. With a rich foundation in communication, Jyoti excels at connecting with people from diverse backgrounds and delivering empathetic, effective care.
An advocate for education and global collaboration, she has received notable honors including the British Council’s International School Award in 2016 and has contributed to international academic initiatives. Jyoti is fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi, and continues to grow professionally through development programs like P.S.I. Vancouver.
