Home Service

What is a home visit?

A home visit is a term we use to describe an audiologist or hearing instrument practitioner visiting your residence to perform a hearing examination and possibly prescribing hearing aids followed by a real ear measurement or other hearing related procedures.

Who is eligible for a home visit?

A home visit is only meant for a client who is confined to their home or a facility due to the nature of their physical or mental health. We are able to visit you essentially anywhere as long as there is a quiet room, clean space, and access to electrical outlets.

We do not do home visits for clients who are able to come to any of our clinics.

Is there a charge for home visits?

Home visits are chargeable services that are based on how far away you are from the clinic. Fees are normally waived with the purchase of hearing aids.
